Livvy Corp proudly put together a creative financing plan for this project. This was a construction project in the Chicago suburbs. It consists of 220 Luxury apartment units being built within 5 three story buildings. It has special amenities that will include a state of the art clubhouse with swimming pool, management offices, private party room, media room, internet lounge and fitness center. This project is adjacent to a 26 stop Metra rain station., with a Chicago MSA commuter rail within 40 minutes service to the heart of Chicago. Livvy Corp was able to put together a capital stack using PACE financing, as well as traditional construction financing and do a simultaneous closing.
