Jonathan has been an established and trusted player in the lending and management fields for 25 years, specializing in construction lending for a wide variety of increasingly large-scale development projects. His fine-tuned expertise stems from wearing many hats in these industries including property manager, real estate broker, sales manager, and managing director of lending operations. Jonathan’s emphasis in these roles is always swift and open communication to provide smooth transactions and maximize lasting successful outcomes on behalf of his clients.
Jonathan received his undergraduate degree from National Louis University and later obtained two MBA’s at DeVry University through the Keller Graduate School of Management. As an enterprising individual, he has continued his education further through specialized courses at both the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Mainstreet Institution of Realtors.
JoAnn Claeyssens

JoAnn is a seasoned and savvy real estate professional who specializes in property value growth through intelligent investment and development. With over 30 years of experience spanning private and commercial real estate investment, finance, property development, and property management, she has acquired an invaluable wealth of knowledge and skill that has served her clients very well.
JoAnn began her career in the finance sector and started working on apartment investments soon thereafter. She and her husband founded a successful real estate brokerage in the California Bay Area in 1988 and later became active investors and developers in several other states. JoAnn has created subdivisions in California and Colorado, styling each to have functional zoning and permitting with a luxury style fitted to the local landscape.
In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, JoAnn’s charitable character has kept her busy with further endeavors aimed at fostering personal growth in others. These include a nonprofit foundation started in the 90’s to provide therapeutic horseback riding experiences to handicapped persons, and continual mentoring of young agents and entrepreneurs throughout her career

Jeff brings significant international business experience with a focus of over 20 years in the global energy sector with a focus on Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific. He was selected by the executive leadership teams of two multi-national corporations to participate in their sponsored leadership programs, one with Duke corporate Education at Duke University and the other with Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth. He is known for being highly analytical which comes international markets. He has had extensive experience in leading large multi-functional, culturally diverse organizations on both a regional and global scale.
Jeff is an excellent communicator with a laser focus on the success of the customer and always on the team. He has an excellent reputation in coaching and mentoring and building high performance teams.

Aaron has built a reputation for transparency, consistency, and reliability over the last decade working in commercial real estate finance. Having gained experience at a mix of private wealth funds, he sought to leverage his network to provide the most comprehensive and innovative options for project financing.
Aaron is a member of American Mensa and has earned degrees in Applied Mathematics and Finance from Drexel University. He enjoys utilizing the same analytic methodology in formulating creative solutions tailored to clients' needs and will work tirelessly to ensure a project's success.

Prior to joining Livvy Corp Bert was Regional Director for the BB&T Wealth Region where he led a team of talented professionals who provided comprehensive advice and investment management and commercial real estate solutions to high-net-worth clients and families. Prior to joining BB&T Bert served as a National Sales Performance Executive for Merrill Lynch based in Dallas Texas. Bert holds the FINRA Series 4,7,24,53,63,65 and 79 registrations, and a Florida Commercial Real Estate license.
